Thank you for shopping with Madribe! We’re committed to delivering your order efficiently and securely. Here’s what you need to know about our shipping process.
Processing Time
We process all orders within 1-2 days (Monday through Saturday, excluding holidays) after you receive your order confirmation email. Order cutoff time: 6:00 PM EST.
Shipping Method and Transit Time
We use USPS Ground Advantage for all shipments. Estimated delivery time is 7-12 business days, after your order is shipped.
Shipping Charges
We offer Free Shipping on all orders within the USA. No minimum purchase required.
Shipping Restrictions
Currently, we only ship to addresses within the United States.
Order Tracking
You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number when your order is dispatched. To track your order, visit our Track My Order page.
Order Cancellation
You may cancel your order within 12 hours of placing it by responding to the order confirmation email. Cancellations are only possible if the order hasn’t been shipped yet.
Delays
While we strive to meet our estimated processing and shipping times, unforeseen delays may occur due to factors beyond our control.
Invalid or Undeliverable Addresses
Please ensure you provide the correct shipping address when placing your order. We’re not responsible for orders with incorrect addresses. Address changes can usually be made within 12 hours of placing your order.
Returns and Exchanges
We accept returns up to 30 days after delivery if the item is in its original condition. For full details, please refer to our Returns and Refunds Policy.
Late or Missing Orders
If you haven’t received your order within 12 business days of the shipping confirmation email, please contact us at contact@madribe.com with your name and order number.
Damaged Items
If your order arrives damaged, please email us immediately at contact@madribe.com with your order number and photos of the damaged item. We’ll resolve the issue with either an exchange or a refund.
Tracking Shows Order Was Delivered But Not Received?
If your package shows as delivered but you haven’t received it, please:
- Double-check the shipping address.
- Look around all possible delivery spots at your home.
- Ask neighbors or family members if they accepted the package.
- Reach out to the courier with your tracking number to start a claim.
- Provide us with proof of non-delivery so we can promptly issue a refund for your order.
