At Madribe, we’re committed to your satisfaction. Our returns and refunds policy is designed to ensure a smooth experience if you need to return or exchange an item.
Eligibility for Returns
- You may return most items within 30 days of receipt for a refund or exchange.
- Items must be in their original condition, unused, and in the original packaging.
Return Process
- Contact Us: Email contact@madribe.com to request a return. We’ll guide you through the process and provide shipping instructions.
- Approval Required: All returns must be approved in advance. Unapproved returns will not be accepted and will be returned to you at your expense.
Damaged or Incorrect Products
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us at contact@madribe.com immediately. We’ll work to resolve the issue promptly.
Exchanges
To exchange an item, follow the return process and specify your desired replacement. Price differences will be adjusted accordingly. Exchanges are subject to availability.
Cancellations
We understand that circumstances can change. Our cancellation policy is as follows:
- You may cancel your order within 12 hours of placing it.
- To cancel, respond to your order confirmation email or contact us at contact@madribe.com.
- Once an item has been shipped, we cannot cancel the order. In this case, you’ll need to follow our return process.
- If your cancellation request is received and processed within the specified timeframe, we will issue a full refund within 3 business days.
Shipping Costs
- For Returns: You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (e.g., damaged or incorrect item).
- For Exchanges: You’ll cover the shipping cost for the new item.
Restocking Fee
We don’t charge a restocking fee for returns,
Refunds
- Refunds will be processed after we receive and inspect the returned item.
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
- If you used a discount code, the discounted amount will be deducted from your refund.
